The Black Business Association of Oregon (BBAO) is a nonprofit economic development organization in Oregon. Our mission centers on supporting Black-owned businesses, advancing economic equity for Black Oregonians, and building the infrastructure and resources needed for Black entrepreneurs to thrive.
